Hot stamping also belongs to thermal transfer printing. There are two kinds of thermal transfer printing, hot stamping and thermal sublimation.Hot stamping is to use ordinary ink or pigment ink to print a good pattern on a special transfer paper and heat it with a thermal transfer machine at a certain temperature for a certain period of time to make a layer of gum melt in heat and stick it to the clothes together with the printed pattern. Hot stamping is generally used for transferring pure cotton fabrics.
Thermal sublimation is printing on thermal sublimation paper with special thermal transfer ink. Ordinary color inkjet paper can also be heated by a thermal transfer machine at a certain time and temperature to sublimate the ink on the paper onto the transfer object. Because the ink is only transferred to the object, it has no touch.Thermal sublimation can be used to transfer fabrics with low cotton content and chemical fiber. It can also be transferred to objects with high temperature resistance of more than 200 degrees, such as coated glass ceramic metal.

The difference between thermal transfer hot stamping and thermal sublimation: the temperature and time of hot stamping are different, the fabric of hot stamping is different, the hand feeling after hot stamping is different, the color is different, and the washing fastness is different.
