UV printer cannot print under the following three conditions. When the arc
material is in operation, the height difference of the printing material is more than
1 cm, and the uv printer cannot complete full printing. The reason is that the ink jet
spacing is too large, which will result in unclear patterns, ink scattering
and other phenomena.
The reflection of the material surface is too strong. When the uv printer is working,
after the ink is sprayed, it needs uv light to irradiate and solidify. However, if the reflection of
the material surface is too strong, when the uv light shines on the material surface, the uv light
will be reflected on the nozzle, causing the ink to be solidified by the uv before ,it is sprayed,
which is likely to cause the nozzle to be blocked, thus leading to the nozzle being scrapped.
High temperature, strong acid, strong alkali and other post-processing processes will reduce
the adhesion of the ink when the uv ink used in the uv printer encounters high temperature,
strong acid, strong alkali, which will cause the pattern to fall off and deform.
